Duke Med at 2012 APAMSA National Conference

Duke medical students Alan Chen, Julia Sun, and Cynthia Wang attended the 2012 APAMSA National Conference at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor on 9/28-9/29.  The conference theme was “Connect the Dots, Make Your Mark: An Interdisciplinary Approach to Medicine.”  Congratulations to Duke's Cynthia Wang and Alan Chen for election as APAMSA National Region 4 and 8 Co-Directors.  Region 4  and 8 consist of medical schools in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.  More information about the conference including a list of talks can be found here.
